What part of "using his employees and company money" do you not understand?

Yes, all of this in hindsight but that supports the part you bolded. To me, a criminal enterprise is intentionally to commit crimes for profit. He was just f**king up big time. It appears he was more concerned with protecting his image then running game as a crime lord. Drunk off power like saying wild ish like throw you in the East River.
