NO person deserves to be treated like that. I don’t care if she’s a gold digging opportunist thats no excuse to be beating on ANY individual like that. shyt turns my stomach.

They are

No, he would still be in the predicament regardless of what he presented himself as because of all the extra stuff he was doing not having to do with abusing cassie. Threatening assistants/her parents/etc.

Legally sure,im talking from a public perspective.

Yes, all of this in hindsight but that supports the part you bolded. To me, a criminal enterprise is intentionally to commit crimes for profit. He was just f**king up big time. It appears he was more concerned with protecting his image then running game as a crime lord. Drunk off power like saying wild ish like throw you in the East River. I doubt any of these witness took that comic book stuff seriously. However, he shouldn’t have said it.

They definitely took it seriously. There were complete squares (& women) working at these record labels. Puff had these people scared to death. Like others said, Puff knew who to do this shyt with.

My final firm take is Puff is going to fry unjustly. This case isn’t some guy running a criminal enterprise. It was an abuse of power and influence mixed with sex, drugs and violence.
:what: :what::what:
What part of "using his employees and company money" do you not understand?

That is what makes it a RICO, this isn't a video game where you gotta be in the legion of doom to be considered a criminal enterprise. One small misstep like that is all it takes.

Had he just been using his personal money and not involving people on his payroll this would've played out differently.

Another reason why you should never mix your fukkery with work.

It’s this simple, but KoonCels don’t wanna understand breh.
Denial and deflection is where they find comfort.

Do you live in the real world?
Most adults can't just quit their jobs with nothing else to fall back on. These people worked in the music industry and if they quit, they'd never get another job in the industry again. Expecting someone to throw their career away because of an abuser is unreasonable. There's also a thing called Stockholm syndrome, look it up.

Thats not how it works. His businesses and the money from them are legit. He wasn't funneling the money into illegal activities. Criminal enterprise means the SOLE purpose of the enterprise is to do the illegal activity and crimes. Diddy is a dikkhead. but none of these alleged crimes are related to an enterprise. Its just diddy being diddy. They cherry picked a bunch of unrelated and alleged bad behavior over the past 15 years of his life and are trying to loosely tie them together as some grand conspiracy. Him chasing after suge knight got nothing to do with him not paying his employees overtime for example but to belive the Rico you have to connect those 2 as related.

If the CEO of walmart decided to use a company jet too transport bricks of coke from state to state nobody would argue walmart is a criminal enterprise. Walmart is still a legit business but the CEO would be be accused of misusing the company resources but the blame would fall on him not the company. From a civil liability stand point walmart could be liable but not criminally.

Witnesses on the stand testified to being reimbursed by Bad Boy to purchase illegal drugs he used for the freakoffs.
One of the assistants testified to using the corporate card to purchase the hotel room FOs, baby oil supplies etc.
All these bodyguards used to intimidate these ppl was most likely on the payroll from Bad Boy.
CC testified to the bodyguard being with Puff when they ransacked Cudi's home.
The vehicle used to kidnap CC was probably paid for by Bad Boy.

The money, power, and influence he had legally he used to threaten and blackmail people.
He used violence on various employees that had them in fear for their life or losing their job.

Didn’t Steele come on last minute? Probably didn’t gave the required amount of time for prep it takes to be the lead attorney on a case as high profile amd potentially convoluted as this.
Correct, I guess he seen what he did for Thug and thought he could help.

Also that walmart ceo shyt is a dumb example. If the CEO of Walmart used walmart planes to transport drugs, Walmart would be in trouble criminally as well. Especially since they would most likely be using walmart employees, in the know, to help that happen. You would need a pilot, logistics people, unloaders and everything involved to facilitate the drug trafficking. And that would be racketeering/RICO at that point.

Screw a hypothetical, show us a case where that happened and nothing happened to the company criminally? Im curious, because the company would just be a front at that point, which is illegal.

They did quit. Nothing happened to them. They came back years later to work with him again on their own accord. Capricorn quit a job at jive making more money to come back and work for diddy. They invited him to their weddings years later. They sent him emails and text messages checking up on him.

Yall gotta stop throwing out stockholm syndrome for everything. That's rare and requires a professional psychiatric diagnoses. Nobody in this trial has been diagnosed with anything. You think his grown ass male assistants got stockholm too?
