In your response to the Walmart example you lay out exactly how it's playing out for Diddy now.
BadBoy = Walmart, Diddy = Rogue CEO. The criminal enterprise would be the illegal shyt(FOs, extortion, etc) they doing, not Bad Boy. Diddy would be charged with RICO/racketeering, like he is now.

Hmm, he probably gonna be called to testify for Puff. I wonder if Ruben, Uncle Paulie and all them dudes getting called for the defense. Seems weird that the defense would have the witness namedrop these people but we dont see them in trial. Im expecting someone to say Nash was planning on doing a civil suit(Groovy) and Lauren London or someone to say Puff didnt have a gun to threaten CC. Least that's how the defense lined some of this up with the questioning.
None of them made a police reports, so all those witness statements are hearsay!

No point going back and forth. You got your opinion. I got mine. If you believe the prosecutions narrative that bad boy records was a criminal enterprise for freak. offs that's perfectly fine. I don't agree. Jury gonna decide so our personal opinions mean nothing. We are just reading transcripts so who knows how any of this is coming across to the jury.
Interesting to note TMZ of all outlets thinks the prosecution screwed up majorly today and gave diddy grounds for appeal.

Damn never everyone could see that the prosecution messed up today(that's how bad the fukkup was), it was called in this thread. It was probably the biggest thing today that didnt involve testimony, especially with the reactions for the defense.
They were gonna appeal anyway(if they lost), that fukkup has nothing to do with it. If he was convicted of all 3 charges, the prosecutor's fukkup could only be used for the racketeering, I think. The arson has nothing to do with the sex trafficking.
