Yes, all of this in hindsight but that supports the part you bolded. To me, a criminal enterprise is intentionally to commit crimes for profit. He was just f**king up big time. I doubt any of these witness took that comic book stuff seriously. However, he shouldn’t have said it.

Nothing Diddy was doing was furthering the enterprise or profiting his business. If anything,he was putting his business at risk every time he hit Cassie. Let's be honest his employees weren't scared of being murdered,they were scared of getting fired. They all chose employment over there morals,now they're on the stand pretending to be good people with morals. But keeping quiet is not the same as them conspiring with Diddy.

Ciroc/Deleon/Diageo has been paying his bills for much of the past 15 years and they've paid him over a billion dollars just to be a marketing ambassador which really didn't require much work on his part. Every now and then he'd drop an album in which the music was produced and written by other people and all he had to do was provide the vision, he'd appear in a movie like Get him to the greek, he'd do a concert performance here and there but he had plenty of time to be a degenerate drug addict and have freak offs because marketing alcohol was paying his bills.

He'd do a Ciroc commercial here and there, maybe a social media video or just have his social media team upload posts but for the most part, he didn't have to do much work.

Nobody is defending diddy. If he did crimes then charge him directly for those crimes. Folks are discussing the charges they decided to bring, the trial and the evidence and witness statements. That's how it works in america. Innocent until proven guilty. So debating the merits of the witnesses and evidence is not supporting diddy It's supporting the constitution and due process. Thats what the Jury is doing. We are just speculating.

With that said she admits there is no evidence of her assaults, she never told cassie or anyone, she never went to the cops, she never told puffy NO, and she continued to work with him for years afterwards. Only time she brought this up was after getting a lawyer and seeing how much cassie settled for and all the other civil suits against puff.. Thats pretty convenient IMO. Doesn't mean she is lying but I will wait to see what evidence is brought up on cross by the defense.
