Thats not how it works. His businesses and the money from them are legit. He wasn't funneling the money into illegal activities. If the CEO of walmart decided to use a company jet too transport bricks of coke from state to state nobody would argue walmart is a criminal enterprise. Walmart is still a legit business but the CEO would be be accused of misusing the company resources but the blame would fall on him not the company. From a civil liability stand point walmart could be liable but not criminally.
