If this is true, he might be one of the stupidest people I’ve ever seen
The speaking engagement was noted in a reference letter for Diddy from a prison reform program. It was a way to show, if released today, he has plans to change.

However, the government knows how stupid and reactionary the public is.

Jury let him off for the major crimes but you can't fool a good judge. Sentencing will be fair as this judge seems straight and fair with it. Hasn't been caught up in the fact that it's Diddy and kept him inside throughout the trial etc.

Not really. Being fair would be following precedent. The judge is looking for a reason to go beyond that. The prosecutors are asking for 12 years because then if the judge sentences him in the mid range it looks like he took a middle ground. I’m not sure how you get the idea that the judge is fair unless you think puff should be doing beyond what he was sentenced for. Judges don’t like being overturned so I don’t think he does anything crazy but who knows - he might pull the - I did what was right and force you to spend the money to appeal card. You saying “can’t fool a good judge” has nothing to do with the law and everything with you thinking that he shouldn’t have gotten off on the other charges and you want the judge to charge him on that.

:comeon:

No. It shows how stupid and arrogant he is to think that 13 months in holding has prepared him to lecture others on how to live after over 20 years of physically, mentally, and emotionally abusing multiple people.

Mind you the night before he went in he was abusing drugs and about to engage in the very crimes he was arrested for :mjlol:

If he or his attorneys thought that would be impressive to a judge, then it shows the level of entitlement and enabling that landed him here in the first place.

I mean each crime carries 10 years each! I know it is rare or has never been given to anyone for those crimes, it can still legally be given. If Puff gets 8 years for example then so be it, he was looking at far longer had the jury found him guilty on the others.
