The thing with the Ciroc deal is he was basically getting paid to party. When he was focused on music he had to have a higher level of self-discipline. He’s probably been using drugs recreationally for decades but when he was focused on music he couldn’t let it get out of control. Diageo was paying him regardless.

Yeah he really became the opposite of Dre he forgot about music and made Ciroc his whole identity. I remember when he had that clip where he did a throwback to when he interviewed Obama when he was a Senator he introduced the throwback clip by saying something like “Ciroc Obama meets Barack Obama”

I also think the Fed case was inevitable without the Diageo lawsuit. I think the second Cassie mentioned the Kid Cudi story and Cudi and his rep confirmed it the Feds got curious because that would be arson and they wanted to dig to see how legit it was.

Then they used her lawsuit and basically lied and said they been investigating him for years when they basically got everything from Cassie and Lil Rods lawsuits
