Jane says she didn't see Combs in person for about 3 months after Ventura lawsuit

The first time Jane saw Sean “Diddy” Combs after Cassie Ventura’s November 2023 federal lawsuit against him was in February 2024, Jane testified.

In Jane’s mind, she and Combs were “on a break” between November 2023 and February 2024, but they still had some communication in those months, Jane testified.

On December 27, 2023, she sent Combs messages in which she said he was “never satisfied.”

Combs asked her how they could move on and asked if she was free in the new year.

Jane said she lifted him up in those rooms and took on a lot to make him happy. In later messages, Combs said “stop with the rooms” and accused her of setting him up. Jane testified that he was referring to the hotel nights, and testified that she was not planning on filing a lawsuit against him.
