Exactly. Nobody said he got it worse than Diddy obviously. But he paraded Ross baby mamma around like it was a huge L for Ross, wjem him and 50 was beefin. (Haha I got your baby mamma). Ross didn’t care about the baby mamma, but sure he didn’t like his child being there. Especially taking pics with Ross son and stuff.. and Ross won the battle and still rich. No way 50 was cool with his son being around Diddy of all people. And they were together for a while, there is no way her son wasn’t around. But some how when 50 real self proclaimed enemy does it (way worse) it ain’t a L for 50. People so used to the baby mamma stuff to where it’s just like whatever to them. Yea whatever, I don’t want no baby with a whore thats gonna fukk my enemies and get slutted out. Breh tellin her to suck and fukk different strangers. And 50 think breh gay, freaky, and immoral (his words).. around your child). Breh petty and don’t like admitting his losses
Basically if im following the logic of 50 Stan’s here is, that if Ross made corny jokes on social media around the time 50 was parading his baby momma around than if wouldn’t be an L.

The problem is, Kanye ain't on trial for a RICO.

So the play where they try to be like, "See? Other people were doing this too!" ain't gonna work. Puff ain't being charged with being a pervert. Dude is literally locked up on Fed charges. Mad of 'em. So you know they're worried when they're trying to throw other people in the mix and act like they're the same. Nah.

Only one person was doing weird sh*t to the point where it became mad illegal. That's Puff.
Strange that Kanye not being pulled into this

Make sense he was in that free diddy stuff

So is the same energy… you know what

I know the answer never mind

That's why 90% of people who end up in fed cases just straight up plead guilty, and their conviction rate is almost 100%, because they "overcharge" :mjlol:

Also, any cac starting a sentence with the word "Patriots" is straight up in the KKK. Cracka probably got his hood in the glove compartment.

The problem is some of you had in your head that puff had people buck naked tied to bed post beating them with broom sticks saying "PUT THE BABY OIL ON", and since it don't match what you have in your head you saying to yourself "oh, this aint that bad, i thought he was doing way crazier things than this".

Meanwhile normal people who have some level of understanding of the law and what it takes for the feds to get a conviction against him are saying "wonder how many years his defense can knock it down to, if any"

There is absolutely no way anyone can have an understanding of what a RICO charge is and entails and not see how they got puff dead to rights, it's just a matter of can his defense try and muddy the waters enough to show that the people were down to do all this stuff with diddy, and then convince the jury that if they were down to do it, it's not that bad right?

Agreed with what you posted but wanted to fact check because I wasn't sure of the % of guilty pleas in fed cases....One of the rare times someone on thecoli is factually correct

How Are Most Federal Cases Resolved?

Given the low likelihood of acquittal, it's understandable that both prosecutors and defense attorneys are motivated to resolve federal criminal cases before they go to trial. The two most common ways to resolve a federal case are plea agreements and dismissals.

Plea Agreements

The data from the Pew research reveals that 89.5% of federal criminal defendants plead guilty, usually as part of a plea bargain. Plea agreements often provide a way for defendants to avoid the risk of a harsher sentence that could result from a trial conviction.

In these negotiations, the defense and prosecution agree on a reduced charge or a recommendation for a lighter sentence in exchange for the defendant's guilty plea. Prosecutors are motivated to offer plea deals because they save the time and expense of a trial that will likely result in a conviction anyway.

For the defense, plea agreements typically offer a way to negotiate leniency in sentencing, especially if the evidence against the defendant is compelling.

Case Dismissals

More than 8% of federal criminal cases are dismissed at some point during the judicial process. Dismissals can occur for various reasons, such as insufficient evidence or violations of the defendant's rights.

Many, if not most, cases get dismissed because an experienced defense attorney uses pre-trial motions and negotiation skillfully. In some cases, the prosecution may also move for case dismissal if it believes it is not in the interest of justice to pursue the case further.
