I did not see any info regarding D-Roc at all. Besides his name being told in testimonies, i never ever seen any article or info about him. About KK, yea, have some articles here and there but none of them confirmed she will testify.

CNN made a article today that says:

Khorram has not been called to testify, thus far, in the trial.

Khorram’s attorney has not responded to inquiries as to whether she will testify. CNN has also reached out to Khorram’s attorney for comment regarding the testimony made about her in court, in addition to her being called Combs’ “co-conspirator” by prosecutors.

What a sad deranged little life Sean Combs has been leading for years.

It’s only been a couple weeks and I’m bored of reading about all of this already. I can’t imagine having to live it

The man clearly has no soul, joy, or happiness in his life...Like, at all.

His level of financial freedom afforded him countless opportunities, options, and avenues to take in life…and this was what he chose for himself.

He could have sought help for his issues. (Maybe he did and failed. Which would also be real sad, but I doubt it).

We appreciate his time but there are licensed attorneys that see differently.

For 1, the CFO already said under oath (doesn’t mean much) on the stand that all the money he uses is effectively his. You can’t seize money that was earned legitimately. He was spending money not earning money. If that was the case, his funds would be frozen now.

There’s more but it’s up to the jury and the government doesn’t feel as confident as TheColi prosecutors.

On Wednesday, June 11, the lead prosecutor, Assistant U.S. Attorney Maurene Comey, told U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian outside the presence of the jury that "it appeared to be a lack of candor with the court that raises serious issues with us."

“We did not want to do this," Comey said. "We were compelled to do that.”

One of Combs' attorneys, Alexandra Shapiro, said the defense opposes removing the juror and said the government's attempt at doing so is “a thinly veiled effort to dismiss a Black juror.”

Subramanian said he would address the matter by the end of the week after he had received written submissions from both sides.
