Yeah, but in both cases those individual acts are tied into a larger “enterprise” of sexual exploitation. Look at it like this - RICO allows you to say this person engaged in an illegal business enterprise. Racketeering are the specific instances or acts to prove that they did that. Kelly case but if the argument was that they’re engaging in illegal sex trafficking then all of the individual acts of racketeering or illegal activity can be said to be in furtherance of the criminal enterprise.
