You were making it seem like they were gonna kill her on the cross for the kidnapping shyt. Now it's other witnesseses may dispute the kidnapping?
As far as I remember, she only mentioned Puff was at the door with the gun. Only puff was in the apartment with the gun when she changed clothes. The bodyguards were outside and wouldnt know what happened inside the apartment. I could be wrong and missed the part where she said the bodyguard was present for all that.
Even if you remove the gun from all that, the defense didnt deny puff did all that.
They also didnt deny her seeing Puff and the bodyguard entering Cudi's home.
Seems like the cross wasnt as damaging as you thought it was gonna be since you thought she lied about everything.
Not good but it’s not sewn up to me. If I was juror, I’m not calling this a RICO or sex trafficking by coercion. These are state charges of Puff wilding out. By federal law, to me, he is guilty of flying smash bros out for consenting Cassie. The arson has no proof of tying Puff to it and by Cudi’s own admission, Puff always denied it. The kidnapping and flying dudes make 2 but the dudes getting paid to f**k Cassie is a n***a please moment.Didnt dispute Puff told her to tell Cudi not to get the police involved. Didnt call her out for telling Cudi "He will hurt us all if you talk to the police. It seemed like that wouldve been an easy statement to catch her in a lie, but it seems like they didnt even bother to touch it.

Seems it's over for today and the prosecutor again drives home that it was a kidnapping.
Also the prosecutor is saying that Mia will be testifying 2mrw. I guess we will see. IIRC someone posted in this thread that Mia was the witness that wasnt gonna testify. She was the one that said Puff raped her.

Yea. Someone posted a tweet or something of a reporter asking (I guess the prosecution) about her. He said something like "we dont want to subpoena a victim, trials like this can be stressful for the people involved" or something like that.
It's still up in the air if she will testify, we gonna see 2mrw though.
