I'm very curious to see who Diddy's witnesses are? The one thing I will say. Brian Steele is not a fool, and he doesn't need money. He wouldn't have jumped on this case if it was a complete loser. I'm curious to see what the defense has up their sleeves.

I'm curious about that too, on the witnesses front. Maybe Lauren London? Maybe the bodyguards? I saw something that past gfs would testify, but that couldve been rumor shyt. Maybe past employees and shyt, to say how good of a boss he was and helped the culture.

The issue with Steele is i dont think he is the lead on this. Puff probably brought him on after he saw how the thug shyt went. I dont think Steele wouldve went the directions/angles the lead defense attorney went.

It’s primarily testimonies. The FBI needed wiretaps and photos along with testimonies of co-conspirators of the mafia when they created RICO charges. Right now we have stories. The reasonable doubt is folks could be lying and omitting things. I need a smoking gun. I don’t wanna believe, I wanna know for sure. This is good enough for some.

Don‘t require proof for anything else.

Fu€k a testimony under oath. I have zero trust in human recollections when a persons life is at stake. Cassie got on that stand under oath and said she never enjoyed freak offs then admit to it in the cross when they pulled up the receipts. Then the government pulled a hack to explain away anyone‘s responsibility for one’s action and justify why a government’s witness‘s testimony is unreliable.

People accept whatever they want to believe. It’s called confirmation bias.
