Based on today's cross examination, I can predict what Diddy's defense will be. They brought up someone else being given a lie detector test about the stolen jewels, so they'll call him and he'll testify he wasn't kidnapped. But, Capricorn never claimed to be with anyone else while she was being held and interrogated. She was also a new employee, so may have been treated more harshly if she wasn't in the inner circle.

They made a point of where Diddy was sitting in the car with the gun and she confirmed it. They'll probably have witnesses testify he was sitting in the front, so how would she know he was holding a gun. This won't matter because she already testified he was waving a gun around in her apartment.

They tried to get her to say Diddy and his bodyguards kicked in Cudi's door, but she said she was too distraught to notice. Cudi also said his door wasn't damaged. They'll say how was it a break in if their was no damage to the door or exterior of the house. Then they'll probably claim Cassie gave Diddy the key.

As far as I remember, she only mentioned Puff was at the door with the gun. Only puff was in the apartment with the gun when she changed clothes. The bodyguards were outside and wouldnt know what happened inside the apartment. I could be wrong and missed the part where she said the bodyguard was present for all that.

Even if you remove the gun from all that, the defense didnt deny puff did all that.

They also didnt deny her seeing Puff and the bodyguard entering Cudi's home.

Seems like the cross wasnt as damaging as you thought it was gonna be since you thought she lied about everything.

Brehs need to start bookmarking all these posts of narratives like the ones you've mentioned about Cudi, Cassie and capricorn gonna be caught in lies etc so we can bring them all up when he's found guilty and put these dumb asses on front street.
