But he also said puff would record all the videos on her phone and told the prosecution thats were all the videos came from. So if he knew about the videos then he would know cassie was sleeping with other men unless he is saying cassie just told him and he never actually saw the videos himself or knew about the content and assumed it was just her and puff.

But going by what nash said.. Cassie kept the freak offs a secret from even her closest friends including nash which works in diddy favor as more evidence there wasnt some grand freak off conspiracy and enterprise involing assistants and workers. She testified that Diddy recorded with his own devices as well, which mean he had his own vids.

You separate the the parties from the name, unless you are going after the name itself. Everything in Bad Boy was acquired legally, however the people of Bad Boy used legal means to engage in illegal things. That is different than Bad Boy operating as an illegal entity.
