Dude ain't gonna have any money, if he gets convicted.

That's a part of the case. They have an asset forfeiture on this. So if he gets convicted, they're talking all the cash, properties, etc., that dude's accumulated in the past like 20 years or some sh*t. They said they're looking at seizing like $400M worth of sh*t. So people have to stop throwing the pardon thing out there. This isn't the kinda sh*t any politician wants to touch. RICO sh*t like sex trafficking and racketeering isn't some everyday crime sh*t. And especially for someone who doesn't have anything to offer and was talking sh*t about that bum in the WH recently.

Puff is most likely gonna rot in prison. I'd be shocked as a MF, if he doesn't.
he's already moved his assets to his mother nothing is in his name anymore

Some sucka shyt to hit a woman but save me with all this testifying shyt. Everyone was happy on boats, in hotels, at award shows, hanging with Pharrell until the checks stopped coming in or stopped being Diddy's girl. Now everybody wants a settlement check for suffering.

1) What did he say about Trump?

2) Wouldn't a pardon reverse the asset forfeiture, thus giving him his money back and allowing him to pay Trump?

No one really looks good in this situation, that is admittedly so. That said, I can attempt to understand the rationale of being displayed here. Cassie was on a 10 album deal. She was stuck. Puff seemed larger than life to me as an adult and I'm far from his orbit, imagine what it was like actually seeing this shyt play out in real time. He lived like a god on earth. Of course there were good times to be had but when shyt hit the fan, shyt got real. Puff had the power to blackmail or blackball anyone in the industry if he so chose to direct his energy towards it. Yes, addiction to the limelight does not give license to be a total a$$hole to someone. These were people whose livelihood were dependent on it and depending on what they were making, you aren't trying to go back to hamburger helper if you've been able to dine on caviar. They just tried to stick it out and hope for the best.

Nah.

Even if dude's criminality is "removed", that doesn't have anything to do with the asset forfeiture. Reason being, the forfeiture is viewed as a civil matter. Perfect example is the OJ situation. The government handles it even harsher. So with OJ, he was acquitted, but his assets were still taken. In this case, the assets are seen as being accumulated due to the crimes. So even if dude gets pardoned, they're still taking all of his sh*t.

They spoke about this when they brought the case. They said even him being pardoned "down the line" doesn't affect them cleaning him out. That can't be undone.
