Nah.

Even if dude's criminality is "removed", that doesn't have anything to do with the asset forfeiture. Reason being, the forfeiture is viewed as a civil matter. Perfect example is the OJ situation. The government handles it even harsher. So with OJ, he was acquitted, but his assets were still taken. In this case, the assets are seen as being accumulated due to the crimes. So even if dude gets pardoned, they're still taking all of his sh*t.

They spoke about this when they brought the case. They said even him being pardoned "down the line" doesn't affect them cleaning him out. That can't be undone.
Not to mention, if he loses, the civil suits are gonna go crazy, especially considering civil suits only require majority jury votes and not unanimous. He's gonna be tied up in litigation for the next decade.

Will the bodyguards testify? Seems like they the only ones that can dispute some stuff, if Diddy doesnt testify. Seems they were present during the FOs or at least knew about them. The escort said he wouldve stopped Diddy from beating Cassie, but bodyguards were there. Im not even sure that would work, idk remember the defense lawyers really pushing back against Cassie being beat during the FO.

As adults we all have personal accountability. Staying in a toxic environment is a choice. Relationships are complicated. People stay for many reasons but ultimately that's their choice to make. Some folks forgive. Some go to counseling or rehab. Some file divorce. All choices we make in life.

Who has been diagnosed with stockholm syndome in this trial? That condition requires a professional psychiatric diagnoses and is considered extremely rare. Unless you got proof of this diagnoses quit bringing it up cause its not relevant to this case.

And I agree work place romance isnt the best idea but people do it all time. And Cassie has a history of dating her label bosses. She targeted those type of men. Remember the comment she said should would leave puff for Jay z if he wasn't with beyonce.
It is a choice, but to say it's an easy choice to make ignores everything about the human condition, and conditioning in general. The decision that people make to stay is hard for them, and that's the point.

I take it you don't know any women that were in a abusive relationships...meaning it was ongoing. You've never talked to anyone that was in a toxic environment or situation and stayed. It's more common than not that those that encounter such things stay. I brought up Stockholm because it is an official/legitimate diagnosis, so you can't dismiss why people didn't leave.

For the last 25+ years, Diddy has been THE most powerful public man in Black entertainment.

And he was backed by the most powerful private man in Black entertainment (Clarence Avant).

Black media is controlled from NY and Puff has always had the direct influence over it with the ability to blackball and dictate narratives.

The reason the most outspoken media outlets (Breakfast Club, Joe Budden, Hot 97, etc) are quiet about this case is because most of them were either hired by Puff’s people or their boss did business with him (Revolt, Vote Or Die, etc).

He had the ability to literally end someone’s career in entertainment.

Why do you think the narrative was always “Death Row were bullies and Bad Boy never responded.”

It’s been 100 million documentaries about East vs West but find me one time this has been mentioned

He straight up lied after Biggie died

These grown men in their 30s scared to say something to Puff and ya’ll expecting women to?! Heck Puff took Jada through hell and he still went back to Puff.

"Death Row" were portrayed as bullies, because thats the image Suge and 2Pac pushed,

Why do you expect people to speak on an obscure mixtape that the masses never heard and what he said ain't really no different than what he said in Vibe Magazine about 2Pac.

Also he didn't hire crips for security. He was rolling with the crips before it was tension between Bad Boy and Death Row.

Also he kept saying Bad Boy move in silence and violence. Thats how it was. A lot of gangsters carried themselves as men of respect. Suge and 2Pac wanted to be bullies and ended up getting bullied,

So you telling me no man or woman has ever said no to Puff? FOH. Everybody ain't cowards and age don't make you strong.
