Ths trial is a joke. Mia got absolutely destroyed on the stand by Steele. Cant believe the govt actually thought she was credible enough to make her a victim. You arguing something no one said he did. No one said he just traveled for this or that, so your question is meaningless. His own lawyers arent even bothering to dispute that the hotels were just for business, but here you are trying to make this argument.

I know you nikkas dont like testimony under oath and think everything is hearsay if i a police report isnt made(lol), but there are various witness statements saying he booked hotel rooms and used them for FOs.

Hotel rooms, freak offs and baby oil are not illegal. You are the one who keeps making stuff up. The only angle they can use to make this illegal is by trying to say she was forced to do them against her will and making up this whole criminal enterprise conspiracy around it. That's what the whole case comes down too them trying to prove. If you sniff crack and order some prostitutes on a work trip in a hotel paid for by your job what does your actions have to do with your job? Nothing.

And the burden is on the prosecution to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. If the claim is he was traveling just to engage in freakoffs and not work then they have to prove that. That haven't so far provided any evidence that was case.
