If guilty his assets are gonna get seized, so I guess it made sense to fight it on the 1% chance that he got off. Rather give your $$$$ to defense lawyers than the government I supposeThey’ve got him and his assistants down for bribery. He should have took the plea deal lmao
Why would his assets be seized though? To seize assets I thought they would have to prove that his illegal activities were used to fund the legal money which in this case the prosecution doesn't look like they've attempted to link.If guilty his assets are gonna get seized, so I guess it made sense to fight it on the 1% chance that he got off. If he's found guilty of the RICO charges, he's gonna get his head busted. Why would his assets be seized though?
