For my break at work I decided to hit up the fried chicken spot a few blocks down. The 15 pc wings with the fries The place looked like the epitome of filth with roaches bench pressing in front of the counter and rats spotting them. The kitchen looks like the inside of a dirty janitor bucket but that food ....the flavor could make a breh time travel to the scene where piccolo was getting the best of frieza before he transformed....the flavor almost transported me to yoshi's island

They may be spending their time cooking rather than cleaning.

This is especially true with chinese food.

Those woks need to have done work for 15 years and never been cleaned to make everything taste so extra. I also predict if the place looks run down but its been there forever, they must get enough business to stay open amd not have to worry about making it look nice.

The reason those places dont get turned into a chain is because everytime an investor with a lot of money tries to partner up with them,it becomes a fail. Thats because the food never tastes like the recipe. Maybe they should set up camaras to watch what the rats,roaches, and fleas throw in the batter.
