Only Microsofts Azure cloud and Googles cloud is capable of doing any computations that matter. Thats why Xbox was ready to run XB1 games from the Cloud while sony can't even get PS3 games to work via its "purchased" inferior cloud infrastructure which isn't related to PS4 gaming whatsoever.
