With Master P and all of the No Limit shyt he was pushing in the Bay Area in the mid to late 90s. He's the only person I can think back far enough to having those corny graphic designed album covers with cars, girls, etc., and shytty ass bars. I'm not gonna front, I bumped that shyt in high school, he had a movement that linked Bay Area artists with southern artists, it sounded ok when I was younger and high, but others followed that formula and hip hop went to shyt afterwards.
