Rick Ross' last album underperformed greatly due to Rich Forever seizure blunder. He struggled to find a lead a single that matched the energy of Stay Schemein and ultimately used Diced Pineapples for the 3rd and final single for God Forgives
Meek dropped the album 6 months after the single Amen had been in rotation on the radio and featured on Dream Chasers 2 (Dreams and nightmares should be gold or scratching it)
Kendrick's album was a slow burn that didn't pick up steam until Poetic Justice featuring OVO dropped and took the nikka to new heights in the mainstream world
