The Heat going to the finals 4 straight seasons seems unlikely.. esp if they don't address their lack of a big man in the middle

:whoa:

If I told you your Spurs were going to take the Heat to 7 in the '13 Finals after last year's playoffs would you have believed me?

Yes. Them losin to OKC was a fluke IMO. I definitely thought SA could have taken the Heat to 7 LAST YEAR. I was glad it happened this year.

That wasn't a fluke. They just got outplayed. This year they stayed healthy and got hot at the right time.

If my Larry Holmes Voltron can get its act together, I think they can do some damage. :smugfavre:

only if and i mean IIFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF the lakers trade dwight to the clippers and get a few cheap free agents but that will never happen because u have a dumb azz owner in jim buss, a general manager who right now is so scared to upset jim buss he wouldn't dare take a chance to make a deal, cause he don't want little al davis to fire him and u have a coach who have no clue on how to win championship.

it's going to be another 6th or 7th seed for the lakers.

i'm looking at the raiders of the nba

Riley is smart. Win/Lose he is gonna make sure to take care of that problem. He knows Miami would have been lucky as hell to be the first team in NBA history to win a title with the worst rebounding in a season.

Trust me Riley knows this was a sign to take care of business.

@2Quick4UHoes only hope of D'antoni leaving is if Steve Nash retires....

The lakers as most of the time already has the rebounding covered.

The main problems(besides coaching) are the weak ass perimeter defense and the bench.

Remember Kobe trying to scout for Raja Bell years ago? Maybe they will luck out and get Raja Bell and possibly even Thabo Sefolosha as great lockdown defenders....

Yea I would of believed it. I don't get that statement, you make it seem as though the Heat are unbeatable or the Spurs were done.

Our stance as Spurs fans since our last title in 07 has been to "get to the playoffs healthy and in full strength" and see what happens. Ironically it happened for the first time last season since 07 and we were two games away from the finals and the Heat could of been bounced by Boston last year.
