The fact that Biden jumps in the race and instantly jumps to number one in the polls shows...

a few things.

1. Americans are lazy as fukk when it comes to learning politics. Biden is up because of name recognition only.

2. The 18 - 30 demographic doesn't really matter in key "battle ground" states. Either not enough live there, are unable to vote, or simply choose not to vote. Add to reason number one, and it makes it 10x worse.

3. The media obviously influences elections. More so that traditional campaign ads/marketing.

4. The DNC is a fukking mess. There's no reason why that many people should be running for the democratic nomination. It makes it look like they are not aligned on a lot of shyt :mjpls:

5. You can pretty much tell who the DNC will ride with and who wont.

6. Biden obviously thinks he can easily win. He's basically the only Centrist Democrat running with any type of name recognition and unconditional backing from the DNC. If he felt so compelled to be president, he would've ran against Clinton.

It actually shows that he was the Vice-President of a very popular President. That is why Richard Nixon and George H.W. Bush were elected President. Even Al Gore won the General election, but it was hanging chads and the Supreme Court that gave it to George W. Bush.

Biden would have won last time if he had decided to run and his entry into this election has Trump completely unsettled because the economy that Trump is touting was actually created under the administration of Obama and Biden.

But that aint why people are gravitating toward Biden (allegedly). If that was the case, he would've ran in 2016. Obama beat Clinton, but Biden felt he couldn't. Why? :mjpls:

You do realize that Biden whenever he's been an option in polling data dating all the way back to 2015 has done very well? This isn't "new".. Biden is well liked by centrists, moderate dems, some progressives and some moderate Repubs looking to get away from Trump.

His son died and he decided not to run.

At this point in 2015 Rudy Giuliani was the primary frontrunner with Jeb Bush only a few points behind. In 2003, Joe Liebermann, Gore's VP candidate, was polling in some places at almost 50%.

This early literally nothing matters but name recognition and a vague set of "oh yeah that guy". That's literally all it is. :yeshrug: His numbers have, over the last month, dropped almost 12 points as he continues opening his mouth as stupid shyt comes out.

Apparently you must not be aware of what happened to Joe Biden in 2015. He mentioned that he and his wife did not feel like going through a campaign back then.

Obama's mom was on her deathbed during the 08 campaign and that didn't stop him. Biden got told to stand down because it was Her Turn. Now he's been conscripted to run by the billionaihs because Bernie was the clear leader.

And after Operation: Push Warren fails and Biden puts his foot in his mouth and his hands on some more kids, Bernie Sanders will be the next President of these United States. :umad:

Kinda of unrelated to the topic but what you just posted is important. Young people don't vote and that is why we dont get the progressives policies that we all seem to want. They will protest, be social media activist but at the end of the day, the older generation is who turns out to vote. I was talking with a office worker for my local rep over the weekend at a get together and she basically confirmed this to me and why it took so long for my rep to come out for impeachment.

Presidency is a joke, they are picked and told what to do. They're there to take the backlash or praise and be in front of the camera to represent those who picked them. If they go against those who chose them they end up like the Kennedy's - word to dikk Gregory. :salute:

He was the Vice President of a President who left office with a good approval. Name recognition plays a part (let's not act like that isn't helping Bernie a little either) Good thing is he drops in the polls every week when he speaks or hides from conflict. By the time February hits he may not even be in the top three :yeshrug:
