Any day now that an nba ref will be caught, if millionaire players are doing this, why not the refs? I remember some baseball ref was being investigated
One has already been caught Donagy or whatever his name was back in 07.

We have like 3 NBA players in 10 years, thats 3 / 4800 players. If you have the same percentage of refs, it's probably a few decades until you have another Donagy

They make millions but I think a lot of these tight blockheads see it as a way to enrich friends and family without being out of pocket. The soccer player Lucas Paqueta was caught because of suspicious betting patterns in his hometown.
Fools don't understand how advanced models and algorithms the betting companies have to detect suspicious patterns.

Every time I read about stuff like this it's like some idiot who only placed small bets than all of a sudden he's putting big ass bets on random shyt like over/under on some no-name player.

They couldn’t have at least waited til dude secured his bag before they went Public with this:what:

Diabolical shyt

That man earned that contract
1. How can you earn a contract when you can't play? :dahell:

2. If he did indeed break the law, why do you want a criminal to get money other non-criminals can get?

3. It's not a bonus, it's a salary. If he's banned or suspended he doesn't get paid, it's just a headache for the team that it might affect their cap space and that they couldn't find a replacement.

Malik's play during the NY series was suspect as hell, and his unrelenting positivity on social media during the series seemed unaware at worst, and insincere at best. I kept thinking back to that @Absolut post throughout the whole series to be real. Maybe I'm thinking too hard, but Malik was bizarrely ass for sure.
