Yeah, there were 2 or 3 around that time. I remember because I was on a youtube binge and had never heard of them before a few years ago but the one they're talking about it Delphine LaLaurie. The other one didn't kill anyone but she basically drugged them so her husband could finish them off. Her name was Lavinia Fisher. The other was Patty Cannon. The 1st ones were the Harpe Brothers though.

first recorded maybe. but it's been common for women to use poison for mass murder in almost every culture. they just don't all fit serial killer status. where you do find a common strain of serial killers that are women seems to be in medical field.

You got receipts? It's tons of Americana showing that exact imagery on post cards and such from the time. Very vivid imagery posted on tons of items and memorabilia for it to just be an idea.
