Mentality is number 1 for me. With intelligence, reasoning and understanding most obstacles can be overcome. You can always make money or bounce back with the right mentality. You can be educated on spirituality and finances with the right mentality. You can even be reasoned with to take control over physical appearance with the right mentality.

I’ve met spiritual, attractive, financially sound, etc. people with negative outlooks on life or they just have very off putting demeanors. I don’t want them anywhere near me.

Bottom of the list is financial. That can always be figured out.
