AMG getting rid of they V8s. The new C63 with be an electric turbo charged 2 liter 4 cylinder. I just read the next gen E63 will too:francis: I imagine all electric cars will perform the same too. What would be the difference between an electric Hellcat and Plaid S? If y'all plan on buying a V8 or any other engine for the matter, now is the time. We can't let old rich cacs get ahold of these things.

And that's not mentioning self driving. You think people are fat and lazy now? Just wait.

When I was young (16-25) I used treally be into cars, now at 30 and alot more money Ive realized cars a something to get you from point a to b. Of course you dont really want to ride in a pink beetle to work everyday at least have something stylish but cars are money pits. They really are a bad investment, a liability and something stupid to get tired into. Cars are for working class people.

But I feel this is how the rest of the world is starting to view cars. Just look at how unpractical the cyber truck is? but its going to be mass produced for the everyday driver.

Electric cars (The batteries in the car) are the best thing to happen to cars since doors and a windshield.

Be more concerned about an engine than the planet burning up brehs
Electric vehicles don't have always have much smaller of an environmental footprint than gas powered ones.
If the source of energy to power these cars doesn’t come from solar panels, wind turbines or even nuclear or hydroelectric, their CO2 emissions will be much higher. For instance, if the electricity used to charge cars comes from the burning of fossil fuels, it doesn’t matter if the EC are not polluting while being driven, as this pollution was already released in some distant power plant.

You would need to research how electricity is produce in your area to determine if you are really being green or not.

Everything is a money pit breh. A house is a money pit. Granted you can sell it for a profit, but that's timing the market right.

In an ideal world we'd be riding bikes.

Electric cars still come from polluting factories. And what happens with the batteries 15 years down the line?

We way better off developing fuel with zero carbon emissions

another good point. a bunch of batteries full of toxic chemicals filling up landfills down the line probably won't be a very good thing for the environment either.
