I was with him before he said "I wasn't even that passionate about rap or music back then" & "if anyone has a problem with it, say it to my face". fukk outta here, just say what it is and stop with these lame ass excuses.
It's really not that deep, a lot of rappers have a go-to verse/verses they use in radio freestyles, usually from unreleased songs. Only a handful of rappers write new stuff for every radio freestyle they do & even the ones who do sometimes re-use those verses.

Still not as bad as Canibus taking out his notepad.
That one instance was bad, but Canibus had the whole game shook for two years bodying freestyles. Game never spit shyt as crazy as Bis 97 to 98. 100 bars like it was nothing.
