I think it's two things

1. Low expectations and no ranking had them anywhere near a contender coming into this season
2. New coach putting for emphasis on Evan Mobley being the focal point of the offense

Taking people by surprise can buy teams alot of unexpected wins

I really hate to say this, but they doing all this winning just to get smacked by Boston in April/May. It really makes me sick, but I have no faith in them. Darius Garland is a fraud, he and Spida are easy for Boston to defend. The key is the continued growth in Evan Mobley’s play. When the 2 midgets are being locked tf up it’ll be up to him to guard and score on Jayson Tatum.

All hating aside, they’re a fun team to watch every night.

I dont see it. Donavan Mitchell and Garland are nice players. But their not legit enough to win a championship. Boston gonna debo them again in postseason. Only chance is if Mobley turns into a superstar, which im not sure hell ever have that mentality

Cavs actually have a coach that can run an offense and is creative. Mobley improved dramatically and physically. People forget Mobley & Garland is 23/24. Allen is stronger and motivated. Garland isn't dealing with drawbacks from a broken jaw this year. Elite depth and career low minutes keeping somewhat healthy. Offense generates a fukk ton of open 3s & shots at the rim.

Keep hoping for that fall off

They're not scared to shoot it out with Boston. They have just as many shooters

Rebounding will be an issue with Tatum/Brown are obviously way bigger than Garland/Mitchell
