That shyt was too clean when Justin Jefferson hit that hoe from like the 5 yard line into the end zone when he scored his first TD :wow:

JJ blew the dance up and then Ja'Marr came in this season and balled out and it became even more popular

Them lsu dudes was doing it in college. Dont know how it blew up.

Those same dudes brought it to the NFL, and it went viral.

It's been viral since Jefferson first did it at LSU. By the end of the 2019 season it was everywhere. European soccer players are doing it in 2022.

JJ having a record breaking rookie WR season also helped. He was the first LSU dude to hit the league with it and tear up shyt. If he would've had an average or bad season it doesn't take off the way it did imo

it's more a celebration type thing

not something you see people break out when actually dancing to music

it's unique in that way

I was at my nephew’s birthday party on Saturday, and all the white kids kept asking the DJ to play the most ratchet songs, and they asked for this, and did this dance.
(My sister and her husband moved to a white area.)

My sister heard some of the lyrics, and looked at him like:

:usure:

He was like:

They asked for it.

:whoa:

We had to tell him to only play the clean versions. Even he never heard of some of the stuff they requested.
