Why is there never ever anything good news wise out of Baltimore???? Why it always gotta be some killing shyt gotdamn
Kind of good, because its one of the last places with low prices for real estate(including Baltimore county), compared to d.c., and NYC
Once things get good, people start talking good, and the prices will get high because its prime real estate. 1.5hr to philly, 1hr to d.c., 3 hrs. to nyc
Philly, and Baltimore, are the last places to get touched, but once they do, the northeast is gonna be full of poor, and rich people, very little middleclass. When I say poor i mean own very little, and living off of credit.
