recently for me it has been hard. i find as i get older, my temper is becoming more volatile than ever before. my tolerance is becoming lower. but, the good thing is my temper's not flaring up without good reason. it's not like i'm getting angry in situations where my anger is not justified...

I feel flashes of anger when provoked, but I rarely act on it in the moment. I force myself to sit back & process what has happened. I try to see the big picture & the context. I assess what I can control & what I can't. I do NOT like to feel negative emotions, so I confront 'em & process them carefully.
Usually (after a provocation) I chose to act more pleasant than I feel. I make nice.
If I'm really angry AND vocal, I can tell folks off withOUT swearing in a way that stings their very soul. I stay on topic. I usually do not say MORE than I mean, but I mean what I express. <----- I try to avoid having to do that. It's rare. -_-
