From the first play, that botched snap came from Peyton being confused as fukk because he couldn't find an advantage pre snap and kept looking for one as the ball was snapped.

I saw it.

Peyton and Brady are ordinary QBs when they can't see pre snap advantages.

actually the pre-snap advantage was for him to beat man coverage but Seyton was too shook to try those db's

Those receivers were too shook to try them. It took ONE HIT from Kam and those dude started slowing down on their routes. I SWORE I saw Demarius catch a slant and slow up looking to be hit. :heh:

Them dudes were SHOOK!!!

:comeon:Rodgers I not that good

With DEN O-Line, I think Rodgers would have fared much better vs. SEA's defense than Manning did on Sunday.

I know you're a Bears fan but just look at what Rodgers brings to the table with his ability to extend plays, throw it deep and put the pin point accuracy needed.

The Packers play Seattle next year, I'd love to see how our offense plays their defense esp with Lacy in the fold to attack their pass rushing lines that aren't the most stout vs. zone running schemes.

:ohhh:

I can't wait for that. I still think if Rogers QB for the Broncos they would have lost since those receivers were shook as fukk and running game is :gag:

I know Rodgers very well. His pre-snap is good but his post snap progression reading of the defense is no where near Manning and Brady. This is why he gets sacked so much. His Oline isn't terrible, he just holds the ball so long until one of his wrs uncovers. I don't think he will be able to take sacks like that anymore because of his collarbone. I expect more ints from him...his game must change in order to protect himself now.

The last time we played Seattle was last year and we all know GB won that game if not for the replacement refs calling Jennings INT a Golden Tate TD. But even going back to that game, SEA shut down the pass attack limiting Rodgers to 184 yards and GB was one of the worst rushing teams in 2012... even with that, Russ was in his 2nd or 3rd start, Beastmode was Beastmode, but GB limited their offense while not giving them the ball via turnovers.

And yeah even if the Broncos had Rodgers, they lose the game but I think they score a couple of times to make things more interesting. Rodgers takes sacks rather than throwing up anything... Seattle did sack him 8 times the last time they played.

I agree. I think his post snap progressions are good when he is in rhythm and the playcalling by McCarthy sometimes dictates that. The 2011 season and the SB run before that, Rodgers made quick decisions because he had the concussions in 2010 vs. the Redskins and Lions. In 2012, they wanted to go more vertical which leads to more holding and waiting rather than anticipation.

Teams also started the 2 deep safety look daring GB to run the ball. They didn't have a lot of success in 2012 but they made teams pay in 2013 with Lacy/Starks combo

coaches film still not out :noah:
rewatching some of the game on sober head...there was no adjustment really. the first pick by peyton was him relying on timing again. its like he hasnt watched the saints film. seahawks stealth hold a lot and disrupt timing a ton. this is a gift and curse for peyton. hes so used for dominating with his usual timing routes when shyt is off he cant quite adjust.

also this game is textbook reason why you dont judge a teams pass rushing ability by sack numbers
seattle defense had 1 sack and if you didnt watch the game youd think they werent getting much pass rush when in reality they were getting a ton rushing 4
