It was a joke!
Damn y'all boys talk about fast food a lot, I used to be a fat mf'r, now I'm a slightly chubby mf'r :wow:

We're not supposed to be eating how we do, that's how they really drug us, I'm getting better, cheat day tmrw...

Vegan/Vegetarian before 12 is a great option to start eating healthier

I only need this breakfast and a small lunch and I'm done eating, never eat after eight

"Healthy Pie"
*Old fashioned oats + milk/milk sub. (follow the serving directions)

Mix that in a mason jar or put clingfilm in a dixie cup.

Add:
**two tbsp of raisins

*1 teaspoon of chia seeds

**two tbsp of peanuts

**two tbsp of walnuts (or sub either)

**6 tbsp of peanut butter

**add nutmeg, ginger powder, cinnamon, allspice, and maple syrup to taste. Stir.

leave in your fridge overnight, trust me, you'll miss the texture more than the sweetness if you suddenly start eating "right", this is a great breakfast that sticks to your ribs.

We need to stay fit, eat clean, and be better for all this upcoming bs...

Probably carrots. No prep work necessary. You can even Get a dip and a carrot peeler if you are feeling boujie

Carrots give you plenty of eye vitamins, hair vitamins, vitamin c , potasium, little bit of phosphorus, etc

Russian kimchi, Haitian piklis, carrots are underrated cold

I bake mandolined carrots with kale and diced onions, season however you like, always add minced garlic
