I wish we could make similar things easier for more kids. I think we would have more of them doing this stuff if we didn't roadblock them with unnecessary coursework in grade school.
If a 12, 13, 14, or 15 year old wants to start college coursework they should be allowed to bypass middle/highschool after a brief entrance exam into their program of choice. I went to school with so many students who were just wasting time in MS or HS, waiting for their 4 years to pass like a jail sentence, despite being competent enough for higher Ed
When I graduated HS, they were getting better at this stuff, by allowing the dual enrollment and some credits in bullsht AA , AS degrees, but I think even that is unnecessary. They should be able to jump straight into a full BS program if they can test into it .
