cause it was a pretty shytty movie...shytty movies get sequels...we're going to have Strangers Chapter 3 in Feb...Ch 1/2 were beyond shytty.

Haven't seen this. Was likely gonna check it out if it hit one of the streaming services I pay for. I'm not surprised it did well at the box office. It's definitely the kind of flick a group of wine moms would go peep for their monthly outing. It comes on the heels of Hunting Wives doing numbers on Netflix. I also recall on of the review channels I watch on youtube mentioning it was based on a book. So it's likely already got a set fanbase.

That said this movie doing well doesn't negate that Sydney has had a string of under performing movies. With or without tying it to the American Eagle controversy.
