This thread is for personal people you know or played with/against.

for me that's James Stark, i'm still confused to this day how the hell the nikka became a running back in the nfl. he went from being a average wanna be michael vick QB in Hs.. to getting changed to RB as well getting injured at UB before draft. this nikka was straight up :trash: at qb in hs. but salute to that man and his family :salute:

personally i thought he was better at basketball, he was a lockdown defender.

He was a pretty good RB in college at Buffalo though breh:manny:

1103 yards, 4.4 ypc, and 12 TDs rushing with 41 catches for 311 receiving yards and 2 TDs in 2007 and 1333 yards, 4.9 ypc, and 16 TDs with 52 catches for 369 receiving yards and 1 TD in 2008:ehh:

Maybe RB was his calling:yeshrug:

aka the Look at me , Im a salty internet keyboard nicca thread
I can see how nikkas could come up with the thread without necessarily being on some hating shyt. For instance, out of all the nikkas to come through Detroit PSL from the mid 90's to 2000's, nobody would have guessed that Willie Green would be the 1 to have the 10+ year career in the NBA as a solid contributor. Not shytting on the dude at all, cause he did do his thing at Cooley and U of D, but his game didn't scream NBA. He grinded though and made it, and I certainly respect that.

I didn't know him personally but a lot of my boys from HS played against Sean Lee and were baffled that he made it to the league, let alone became a star

I felt that way about Ira "let me get out of lebrons way" newbie until he turned in to god at a pick up game right in front of my eyes :wow: I honestly don't think the weakest of nba talents didn't deserve to at least get drafted

thats because it takes more than athletic talent to make it....

edit: we all know nikkas who could 'ball' but were dumb as rocks and had no work ethic
