I see this a lot around here and it screams fake, ignorant militancy. R.Kelly is not the hill for people to die on. His music is great but he's a piece of shyt that should have been in prison years ago. The evidence on him is way too conclusive to ignore for militant purposes.

There was another thread around here with a video posted about how there is no problem with black men raping white women. So we excusing black men of RAPE because the victim is white? Stop stop stop.

When black people are treated unfairly by the criminal justice system or society, we should all stand up and unite behind that person. When you feel like there is not enough evidence against a black person that might be guilty, show your support for why they should not go to prison. But when they commit sick ass crimes like killing children (doesnt matter what race the kids are, its still wrong) rape and child molestation, and the evidence is overwhelming or too much ignore, that person should be shunned like the piece of shyt he is.

Can we check our people more instead of blaming black feminism, white prosecutors or whoever else is available to take the blame away from the person in question? Show love to our people, but show accountability too.

Criminals should be in prison.

I agree.

I just want that same energy given across the board.

Some of us simply get tired of seeing the enemy get away with fukkery over & over again.

Black people are held accountable... shyt we get held accountable for shyt we don't even do.. Accountability is not a problem.

Just be consistent.

Its just corny how easy the media can create the narrative.

You could have two stories in the media.... Cac & breh accused of the same shyt.... The breh would get crucified and sent to prison and the cac goes into hiding and nobody says a word as he continues to enjoy his liberty in society.

Sometimes, the bullshyt is just too blatant.

I would love to tear down some billion dollar cac companies.... But for some reason, nobody wants to get that movement started.

It seems like going after the enemy is like trying to shoot from half court

& going after a breh is like a lay up.. So people choose the easier option.

Just be consistent.

All these crimes have victims that deserve justice, correct?

So demand justice across the board and tear EVERYBODY down.... Dont pick & choose.

I hear what you're saying but at the same time it's a bit removed from reality.
Yes, there should be accountability across the board regardless of race. There should also be more support from everyone. I agree 100%.
But let's be clear on something: The white supremacy machine will continue to systematically marginalize people of color whether or not they hold each other accountable.
While more accountability and support is necessary, let's not pretend that lack of this to any degree is permission to be brutalized.
Not saying this was your intention, just trying to keep things in proper perspective.

This is collectively one of the reasons why we're.behind everyone as a race.

Other races support each other no matter what.

Only black people will perform mental gymnastics to say why supporting their own race and being race first is "racist"....when everybody else does it.
