Is it possible for a dude like KD to get waves?

Yea it's possible, they'd be real small micro waves tho.

Basically with the right type of haircare ANY person with curly hair can get waves. A wave is simply a laid down curl, hence the reason for the constant brushing....you are teaching your hair to grow "forward" not "up".

The look or "spacing" of your waves depends on your hair texture. The tighter the curl(Kevin Durant) the smaller the wave. Someone like Drake can get waves too but his would be much further spread apart and he would have less of them on his head. Also someone with a looser curl like Drake would have to grow their hair out longer to get the waves to show. Plus they can't cut their hair as low or the waves won't show anymore. My curls are kind in the middle not real tight but not really that loose either

All it takes is a brush, a good moisturizer, a durag, and dedication and any black person can get 360 waves. I've had mine for years and it's the most low maintenance hairstyle I've ever had. Once u get your hair trained to lay down u don't really have to brush your hair much, maybe 5 mins a day.

You don't need to go overboard on the products. Personally I use natural products:

As I Am double butter is the go to moisturiser.

Shea Moisture - moisture retention shampoo

Shea Moister - restorative conditioner

Don't really need a pomade any more, my waves just lay down. But if heavy wolfing I use the Cold Label Wolfing Pomade.

I personally fukks with the crown quality brushes because it covers the segments of my head better than a Diane. Premium for low length and medium or hard for longer.

If you need to get your hair more curly, shea moister curl enhancer smoothie is a very good product.
