The inaccuracy of the second half of Straight Outta Compton keeps the movie from being a classic.

Like Wood Harris said.....u can sell a script but once the handlers get it they change things up and thats the business..He said that in response to Azie being salty about his original script being changed up for Paid In Full.

The same could be said about Malcolm X.....and the movie The Butler

Yeah, my biggest problem with it is how they messed up Eazy's story.

the question is.....has ther ever been an accurate movie bio?

Even the new Edition story had Ricky as the cokehead with the problem and not Bobby...u woulda thought Bobbys coke problem was just a teenage phase the way they portrayed it.

Good question and point. :ehh:
However The New Edition was way more on point through and through than N.W.A.'s big fumble in the 2nd half IMO.

What exactly did they get wrong?

Eazy being broke, like he had to sell weed. He did sell weed but he did that shyt for fun. They made it seem like bruh was struggling to make ends meet.

Eazy was caking up. Eating off Dre's Chronic album and then he had other acts on Ruthless too; Above The Law, then Bone and a slew of others.
