I think OSU makes it, i slept on it and forgot about the importance of revenue and fan base playing a part of this.
OSU fan base travels much better then baylor and tcu and they generate more money as well. That's a factor. Plus the traditional matchup between bama and osu would trump a tcu or a baylor.
I think tcu and baylor would be favored on a neutral field agaisnt OSU especially against their 3rd string QB but money talks.
If the committe really wants to put the best 4 in it would be tcu or baylor in over ohio state with their current qb injury situation
