Fasting is a simple cheat code to life. Literally everyone that's capable should be doing it regularly.
All the toxins one consumes from the junk that mofos eat will be flushed out by simply fasting. 16hr fast (intermittent fasting) 8hr eating windows for a week or two will get you right. Or if you can hack it, a 48hr-72hr fast will ensure all the bullshyt parasites and fat occupying your body will melt off.
It'll be hard the first time especially If you one of them motherfukkers that eat 3-4 meals a day and snacks but it gets a lot easier when you regularly do it. You become light as bird and believe it or not your mind becomes sharp as a tack.
I recently been going on and off eating flesh. The energy I have just consuming fruits, water and my daily vits/minerals (vit d3, zinc, magnesium, fish oil ashwaghanda) is night and day from when I'm indulging in steaks, chicken, burgers and shyt. At the the same time life too short to just be full vegan man. Maybe when I'm 50 I'll switch to full vegan or pesctarian but for now all a breh gotta do is fast regularly, drink 2-3 liters of water daily and exercise rigorously 3-4x a week to flush all that bull shyt attached to eating meat, chicken, processed foods etc.
