Was dude innocent all along? I remember his wife's sister came out a few years ago claiming she believed his story that he didn't kill her. This is very interesting.
He just happened to be "fishing" in the same body of water they later found the corpse in miles away from where they lived, then changed his appearance and tried to flee to Mexico?must be some kind of gov't asset they want to activateHe just happened to be "fishing" in the same body of water they later found the corpse in miles away from where they lived, then changed his appearance and tried to flee to Mexico?

I forgot all the evidence from that trial it was so long ago. But I guess they feel theirs enough evidence to create some sort of doubt. I don't see them taking on a case like this unless they feel theres something there. Trying to clout chase can back fire on them badly. He just happened to be "fishing" in the same body of water they later found the corpse in miles away from where they lived, then changed his appearance and tried to flee to Mexico?

They're about 50/50 on overturnings, and most of their overturnings are due to DNA implicating someone else or bad eyewitness testimony.I forgot all the evidence from that trial it was so long ago.
