Breh you don't have to be in IT to see janitors work. I work in an office too, finance. Janitors aren't employees of the company they are services we hire to come in overnight. and they never bring computers with them when they do their work. and they don't login into to our computers either.
Maybe you do IT at the janitorial headquarters. But in my case all the janitors i see are independent contractors. They bring their cleaning equipment to jobs, not a desk and a pc.

Where do yall work were you have full time janitorial staff with their own desks or cubicles? if they have computers they are using after they leave, not setting them up at every location they service. Ones i'm familiar with show up in their truck. Do the facility overnight, then leave. we get a sent an invoice at the end of the month. They over here doing spreadsheets on site.
