I got some from just a dude on the beach at the resort he lifted that lid and I went straight to heaven. I kept going back all day. Just eating the chicken with nothing no sided no sauce no bread just glorious chicken. I ordered some pimento wood just last week, because my jamaican brethren said if u ain't using that then it ain't proper Jerk. So it's Oxtails, Rice and Peas, jamaican cabbage, and Jerk chicken on the Christmas menu this year.
