The karma of heroin

So Ive been thinking about how more and more whites are addicted to painkillers and heroin and that led me to think, is this all just karma? Cuz no matter what they do, they cant stop usage rates among whites from rising.

Its been shown that the Reagan administration planted crack and cocaine in primarily black neighborhoods and then didnt do shyt for addicts and people living in poverty stricken neighborhoods, except racially profile blacks and put them in the the penitentiary. Once a black person gets a felony, it becomes difficult to get anything but a minimum wage job which isnt possible to live off of so they go back to selling drugs and get arrested again. The ghetto pretty much becomes a trap, hence why its called "the trap".

So what do you guys think? Its hard for me to have empathy or sympathy for these cacs

It was hard for me to sympathise for the longest, but a girl I was really close friends with ended up addicted to the "medical" form of heroin, she grew up with cac parents in a cac neighborhood, part of the reason, along with massive pain she dealt with.
I still don't have sympathy for the most part, just the kids who have to grow up around that, the parents can rot in their addictions for all I care.
