How come American Professional sports teams don't have Team dress clothes?
Watch Non-American sports like Rugby, Football, Cricket and etc You will see that all the teams have dress clothes with the team's logo, that way the players look like professional without being attention seeking fashionistas...

As far as the outfit....that's Cam's personality....he not boring, he has personality and is flashy and exuberant. He likes attention and he likes to stunt on folks. People need to get off that.
