This "game" has been around damn near forever out here (Jersey) and I've never seen it brought up as much as I have in the past month.
It's crazy how all it took a couple cac's getting knocked out on surveillance camera's for it to be a major issue.

The OBVIOUS take away from this situation, young black kids running around knocking random people upside the head, is they have NO HOPE in life.... I'm smart enough to make that calculation without thinking about it...
